The Ho Chi Minh City Digital Social Security application integrates many outstanding features such as: Managing and updating beneficiary data throughout the city; connect organizations and individuals with people in need of support to mobilize and allocate resources effectively; publicize and transparently all information on resource receipt and distribution.

On November 30, at the solemn session of the First Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front Deputies in Ho Chi Minh City, term 2025-2030, delegates attended the launching ceremony of the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Social Security application.

The application is designed to manage welfare beneficiaries in a scientific and transparent way; at the same time, connecting social resources, supporting people more effectively and in a timely manner. This is also a concrete step forward in realizing the breakthrough stage of the term of office as “Digital Front” and “Universal Digital Education”, towards building a multi-tiered and comprehensive social security system, ensuring that all people are taken care of by the right people at the right time.

The Ho Chi Minh City Digital Social Security application integrates many outstanding features such as: Managing and updating beneficiary data throughout the city; connect organizations and individuals with people in need of support to mobilize and allocate resources effectively; publicize and transparently all information on resource receipt and distribution.

The application also has the ability to quickly receive information during natural disasters and epidemics to activate emergency support according to priority; at the same time, monitor the results after the support, continue to accompany people to escape poverty sustainably and encourage those who have been helped to return to contribute to the community.

In the next stage of development, the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Social Security application will be directly integrated into the “Ho Chi Minh City Digital Citizen” application, providing a centralized and convenient experience, helping people access welfare services more quickly and modernly.
